Specifications for 100 Gallon Tank

Patented, asymmetric trapezoidal shape permits easy
opening and closing when empty or full, and minimizes debris
build up.

Tank/Tailgate can be fitted to a single axle dump
truck via universal mounting brackets.

Tank/Tailgate is made out of 7 gauge,.1793",
type 304 stainless steel sheet.

The spill guards are made out of .250", type
304 stainless steel plate.

Discharge port is a female, 1-1/2" NPT, type
304 stainless steel fitting.

Vent port is a female, 1" NPT, type 304
stainless steel fitting.

Side port is a female, 3/4", type 304 stainless
steel fitting.

The tank bolts that accommodate the mounting
brackets are 1/2" NF, stainless steel. Plated steel, NF
nuts are included.

The tank brackets are made out of 3/8" H.R.
plate, with additional channel support brackets.

The truck mounting brackets are made of 1"x
3" bar stock, with 1/2"x 3" accommodating brackets;
all are pre-drilled, and the maintenance points have grease zerks
installed.

Pivot pins are 1-1/2" C.R. round stock.

Latch pins are 1-1/4" H.R. round stock.

All mounting brackets are pre-painted medium, flat
black.

Stainless steel air cylinder bracket to accommodate
a Bimba Mfg., stainless steel air cylinder is pre-positioned on the
tank.

tandem axle dump box.

4" bar stock, with 1/2"x 4" accommodating brackets.

Three, internal, trapezoidal shaped, stainless steel
reinforcing ribs on a single axle truck.
